Responsibilities
- Oversee all retail operations for the brand across India, including P&L ownership, growth strategy, sales, day-to-day operations, merchandise planning, inventory management, and customer relationship management.
- Drive financial performance by planning budgets and delivering on revenue, gross margin, overhead, and profitability targets.
- Implement process automation and adopt new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Build and lead a high-performing, purpose-driven team that consistently delivers results and embodies a winning mindset.
Experience:
- 10+ years of senior management experience in the retail sector, preferably fashion.
- Proven track record of managing senior leadership teams and delivering strong top-line growth and bottom-line profitability.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing business strategies, with a strong focus on customer-centricity and operational excellence.
- Inspiring leadership style with the ability to energize, motivate, and instill a sense of shared purpose and team spirit.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to adopt and adapt innovative ideas from other markets or high-growth companies.
- Open-minded, collaborative, and action-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
