Function / Department: Nutraceuticals - Business Heads office.

Reporting to: CEO
Positions reporting to this position - Quality Head, Manufacturing Head, Sales and BD Head, Logistics Incharge, Marketing, Finance Head, HR and Admin Head, Purchase Head
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Key responsibilities:
1. Product Development strategy
2. Go - to -Market strategy for launch of the business in India and other identified market
3. Manufacturing & supply chain strategy application to our business model.
- P & L and Budget Management - to build the annual profit plan (Budget) for the business and manage the P & L effectively.
- Oversee the complete operation of the business and ensure achievement of the identified thrust areas.
- Champion the implementation of key initiative for growth, product development, customer experience, operational excellence, people development and engagement.
- Ensure that all Regulatory & Statutory requirements and product registrations are adhered to
- Successfully lead the team (in a Matrix reporting structure) to achieve business goals. Coach the HODs to deliver the goods in their domain of expertise.
- Provide required approved resources for maintain FSMS system.
- Review general audit and lead MRMS.
KEY CUSTOMERS SERVED (INTERNAL AND EXTERNNAL):
Internal:
- CEO & Executive Director.
- Key Stakeholders from the allied Capsules Business.

Qualification & Experience Required :
- MBA from a top tier business school in India / abroad with 12 -15 years of experience.
- Experience in big Nutraceutical companies.
- Exposure of working in an international geography will be an added advantage.
- The incumbent must have experience of working in cross functional teams and dealing with different external stakeholders across the globe.
- Exposure to Dietary supplements industry.
