- Own and drive the strategic roadmap for the Metal Recycling business

- Get raw materials like scrap at competitive prices by building strong vendor relationships via his team.

- Build and manage robust procurement channels for ferrous and non-ferrous scrap

- Establish strong vendor relationships and optimize input cost structures

- Oversee plant-level operations - production planning, throughput, quality, safety, compliance

- Drive operational efficiency, cost reduction, and process excellence

- Set up new plants, lead projects, and coordinate with different teams (finance, HR, etc.).
