The role is with a mid sized company into Wires & Cables Business based out of Delhi NCR. The Company works 6 days a week

As Business Head for the HT Cable Business, you'll be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the HT cable business unit, including strategy development, market analysis, sales, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Develop and implement the business strategy for the HT cable business, aligning with overall company goals.

- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Sales and Business Development:

- Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

Team Leadership and Management:

- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales and technical team.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve their best.

Operational Excellence:

- Ensure efficient and effective operations within the HT cable business unit.

- Manage the P&L for the HT cable business.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).

Technical Expertise:

- Maintain a strong understanding of HT cable technology and industry trends.

- Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to ensure product quality and innovation.

- Provide technical support to customers and the sales team.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or related field) or equivalent.

- Experience: 18+ years of experience in the cable industry, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role. Unstable candidates

- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the HT cable market, including key players, technologies, and regulations including costing & Commercial aspects. related to plant operations.

- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Sales and Business Development: Proven ability to drive sales and build strong customer relationships.

- Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of HT cables and related technologies.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve complex problems.

- Team Management: Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
