The Business Head - GTM & P&L will take full ownership of client acquisition, onboarding, and revenue growth strategy. The ideal candidate combines hands-on sales and BD expertise with an entrepreneurial approach, demonstrating a track record of client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth - to build and scale a business vertical from the ground up. Initial focus on GTM validation and client acquisition with eventual transition to full-fledged P&L and business unit ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute the sales-driven GTM plan for onboarding D2C brands, MSMEs, and exporters.
- Identify the right value proposition across logistics, tech, and compliance for different client cohorts.
- Drive new customer acquisition via outreach, partnerships, and ecosystem engagement.
- Leverage existing relationships in e-commerce, D2C, and 3PL ecosystems to bring early wins.
- Own the client lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding to retention.
- Deliver revenue growth and optimize client profitability metrics.

- Leads outreach and onboarding in D2C/Logistics space.
- Strong client acquisition record with proof of scaling customer base and revenue.
- Demonstrated ability to own and drive P&L responsibilities.
