Business Head - Domestic Staffing (12-20 yrs)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Head to lead Compay's next phase of growth. This is a P&L leadership role with responsibility for revenue, client acquisition, delivery excellence, and team management. The Business Head will own strategy, execution, and outcomes, working closely with the Compnay's Board and the larger group leadership to deliver strategic growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy:
- Co-create quarterly business plans with the larger group leadership, extensively leveraging data, insights, and market learnings.
- Proactively report progress through monthly & quarterly business reviews (e.g., sales funnel, win-rates, pipeline, delivery KPIs).
- Build and mentor an empowered leadership team across sales and operations to strengthen the company's strategic orientation.
2. Execution:
- Drive the 10X growth plan with clear revenue, margin, and operational targets.
Lead a cross-functional team across four KRAs:
- Demand: Acquire marquee clients needing vetted tech talent on contract.
- Supply: Expand vendor ecosystem to ensure availability of top talent.
- Conversion: Identify and resolve bottlenecks across the sales-to-delivery funnel.
- Retention: Ensure delivery quality and CXO-level engagement to drive repeat business.
- Build Company's positioning as the go-to partner for flexi staffing and contract developers.
3. Culture:
- Role model and foster a culture of continuous learning, especially around leveraging technology to automate processes, reduce time, and improve productivity.
- Encourage collaboration across the ecosystem - within the team, with vendor partners, and with the larger business group.
- Create an environment where ownership, participation, and continuous learning are rewarded - positioning company's as an employer of choice for ambitious talent.
Candidate Profile:
- 10 years of experience in Talent Solutions, Flexi Staffing, or IT Services (exceptional candidates with 7+ years will also be considered).
- Proven track record of scaling revenues and growing enterprise accounts.
- Hands-on operator with ability to balance strategy with execution.
- Strong leadership skills: team builder, motivator, and culture shaper.
