About the Role:

We are launching an exciting new venture in the kids' skincare spacea category with immense potential and a clear gap in quality, trust, and innovation. We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial Business Head / CBO to lead this brand from the ground up, owning everything from product and brand to go-to-market and P&L. This is a rare opportunity to build a new-age consumer brand with a strong backing, deep category insight, and a mission-led purpose.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Business Strategy & Leadership


- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the kids skincare brand

- Drive business planning, execution, and long-term growth across channels

- Build a winning team across key verticals marketing, ops, product, digital, and sales


- Take full P&L ownership and ensure revenue, profitability, and customer metrics are on track


2. Brand & Category Building


- Define and evolve the brand positioning, voice, and identity in a sensitive and emerging category

- Identify whitespace opportunities and craft a differentiated value proposition for parents and children

- Lead innovation in product formats, ingredients, packaging, and storytelling

3. Go-To-Market & Channel Strategy


- Design and execute a D2C-first go-to-market strategy, followed by online marketplaces and offline retail

- Oversee pricing, distribution, promotions, and growth levers across channels

- Build strong digital funnels and a loyal consumer base through performance and brand marketing

4. Cross-Functional Excellence


- Collaborate with product development, R&D, supply chain, and compliance teams to deliver exceptional quality

- Ensure all formulations are dermatologically tested, safe, and regulatory compliant for kids

- Establish partnerships with pediatricians, dermatologists, and parent communities to drive trust


Ideal Candidate:


- 10+ years of experience in FMCG, D2C, or consumer brands, with at least 35 years in a leadership role

- Proven track record in scaling or launching brands, preferably in personal care, baby care, or wellness

- Strong understanding of digital-first business models, growth marketing, and brand building

- Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, hands-on execution, and ownership

- Passionate about building purpose-led brands with empathy and insight into consumer needs (especially parents)
