Business Head - D2C & Omni-Channel Growth

About the Role:
- As the Business Head, you will be responsible for driving revenue, scaling operations, and managing P&L across multiple sales channels-online, offline, and corporate.
- You will lead execution across key verticals, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business expansion and operational excellence.
What You'll Own:
Online Sales & Growth:
- Oversee performance on Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), Quick Commerce (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart), and D2C (Shopify, brand website).
- Work with the Online Sales Head to optimize growth, improve unit economics, and scale revenue.
Offline Sales (Retail & Corporate Sales):
- Enhance in-store performance, optimize retail operations, and strengthen the brand's offline presence.
- Build long-term B2B relationships, acquire key accounts, and unlock new business opportunities.
Supply Chain & Operations:
- Manage logistics, inventory planning, and last-mile fulfillment with the Head of Supply Chain to ensure cost optimization and service excellence.
Purchase & Vendor Management:
- Lead vendor negotiations, optimize sourcing costs, and strengthen supplier partnerships to ensure a robust supply pipeline.
Who You Are:
- A Growth-Focused Leader: Proven track record in scaling revenue, managing P&L, and driving business expansion in D2C, Consumer Goods, or Startup environments.
- Sales & Strategy Expert: Strong understanding of online sales, demand generation, customer acquisition, and offline expansion strategies (retail, corporate sales, B2B relationships).
- A Sharp Negotiator: Comfortable managing high-stakes vendor negotiations and platform partnerships to improve margins.
- A Team Builder: Ability to lead large teams, align stakeholders, and create a high-performance culture.
- A Problem-Solver & Doer: Thrives in fast-paced, execution-driven environments and is adept at solving complex business challenges.
- An Entrepreneurial Thinker: Operates with an ownership mindset and is eager to scale a high-growth brand.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in Sales, Operations, or General Management roles in D2C brands, Consumer Goods, or Startups.
- Strong experience in online commerce (marketplace, quick commerce, and D2C) and offline expansion.
- Proven P&L ownership with a strong track record in driving revenue and profitability.
- Leadership experience in managing and scaling high-growth businesses.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-driven startup environment.
