About the Company:
Our client is a well established player in the real estate market. The vision is to redefine how Indians discover, evaluate, finance, and buy homes - by building a seamless, digital-first journey powered by advisory, financial products, and post-sales solutions. As they prepare to launch their MVP, the founding team is seeking a business leader to drive 0-to-1 execution, build the go-to-market engine, and own the end-to-end business charter.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead 0-to-1 ownership of the platform's business charter - P&L, GTM, revenue, growth, and ops. Build and scale teams across sales, partnerships, marketing, and customer success.
2. Craft and execute the consumer journey, from discovery to purchase, supported by content, tech, and offline support.
3. Drive partnerships with real estate developers, financing institutions, and ecosystem players. Work closely with product, tech, and design to develop a differentiated consumer experience.
4. Identify, experiment with, and launch new monetization models and digital services.
Who Should Apply:
1. MBA from top tier institutions
2. 10-15 years of experience in building and scaling B2C businesses - ideally in fintech, proptech, D2C, wealth, or e-commerce.
3. Demonstrated experience in P&L ownership or building new revenue lines.
4. Strong team builder and cross-functional leader with an execution-first mindset.
5. Excellent understanding of digital platforms, marketplaces, and customer experience design.
6. Entrepreneurial energy with a passion for solving real user problems at scale.
