Job Purpose:

The person is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Commercial Vehicles business. The incumbent is responsible for building a great culture, provide inspired leadership to the entire team, and set the course for the Company strategy while managing a great working relationship with the Management. The person shall be the first in command in the Company and responsible for giving the proper strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success for sales, service and the entire operations.

Job responsibilities:

1. Provide Leadership to all the departments.

2. Make high level decisions about the policy and strategy and develop and implement operational policies basis the strategic plans to successfully oversee and drive day-to-day operations of the Commercial Vehicles business

3. Drive the Company towards achievement and surpassing of sales and service revenues, profitability, positive cash flow and all the business KPI's by focusing on business goals and objectives month on month.

4. Create annual business plans basis analysis and data crunching of external business environment indicators including competition, and take the right business decisions basis data analytics.

5. Monitor the P&L month on month to drive all business KPI's in Sales, Service and Operations while optimizing on all costs.

6. Identify and addresses problems and opportunities for the company and lead from the front to represent the CV business in front of the Manufacturers.

7. Motivate and lead a high-performance management team; attract, recruit and retain required members of the executive team not currently in place; provide mentoring as a cornerstone to the management career development program

8. Drive and ensure all legal and regulatory compliances as per laws and regulations.

9. Represent the firm with the manufacturer, customers, business partners and regulatory appropriately at all fronts to the benefit of the business.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting.

- Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce.

- Total Experience: 16-20 years or above.

- Educational Qualifications: Post Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline
