The Business Growth Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by expanding the existing business and identifying new business opportunities through various channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to track and improve business performance. The candidate should be adept at creating dashboards to analyze key metrics and derive actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Business Expansion: Identify and implement strategies to grow the existing business while generating new business opportunities through different mediums (digital platforms, partnerships, networking, and direct sales).
- Market Research & Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to formulate effective business strategies.
- Dashboard Creation & Data Management: Develop and maintain dashboards to track key business metrics, sales performance, and growth opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Strengthen relationships with existing clients and partners to increase business retention and upsell opportunities.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to acquire new clients and convert potential leads into long-term business.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to optimize business growth initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor business performance through data analysis, reporting, and insights-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or growth management.
- Strong understanding of sales and business growth strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and dashboard creation (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
