Business Finance Specialist - IT Services - CA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

We are looking for a Business Finance Specialist to work as a part of the Business Finance team with an IT Services company. This role needs someone who has partnered with business leaders in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decisions in IT Services company. The role requires strong ownership of financial planning, revenue and margin governance, and commercial structuring, along with effective stakeholder management. This role needs someone with 3+ years PQE after CA or MBA (Tier 1)

Please note: You must have worked in business finance or FP&A role for at least 2 years in an IT Services firm.

Key Responsibilities

- Co-own and manage the financial plan for the assigned business unit.

- Drive revenue governance, cost optimization, and margin improvement.

- Monitor and optimize working capital, ensuring cash flow discipline.

- Support commercial structuring, deal pricing, and contract reviews.

- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and financial performance reviews.

- Conduct sales analytics and provide actionable business insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Tier 1).

- 3-6 years of experience in business finance, FP&A, or revenue governance.

- Prior experience of working with an IT Services is a MUST HAVE
