About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Finance Leader who will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving revenue growth, financial discipline, and operational excellence.

The role goes beyond reporting and cost management - it demands someone who can work backward from customers, directly influence revenue and collections, deliver business metrics, and partner closely with senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will have Tier-1 MBA in Finance and proven experience in start-up, or high-growth companies. This is a high-impact role, ideal for leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments and can build strong teams of high performers.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with senior leaders to shape business strategy and deliver on revenue, margin, and collections goals.

- Drive business metrics delivery by enabling actionable financial insights across topline, unit economics, and growth levers.

- Act as a strategic partner to sales, product, and operations teams, ensuring financial guardrails are embedded in decision-making.

- Champion customer-backward thinking, aligning financial decisions with customer experience and long-term value creation.

- Design and implement policies, systems, and governance frameworks that balance scalability with agility.

- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing business finance team.

- Collaborate with tech teams to build systems that provide real-time visibility into business and financial performance.

Key Requirements

- 8-15 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or commercial finance with direct contributions to revenue, collections, and business outcomes.

- MBA in Finance from a Tier-1 business school is mandatory.

- Proven success in start-up, or high-growth environments.

- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.

- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with ability to translate numbers into business strategy.

- Strategic mindset with execution orientation; ability to balance high-level impact with detail.
