1) Finance : Research and Strategy

- Collaborate with the Merchandising Head and CFO to develop and optimize the discount budget, aligning it with overarching business objectives.

- Evaluate the current framework and efficacy of discounting strategies, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.

- Regularly benchmark our discounting practices against industry competitors, leveraging insights to enhance our competitive positioning.

2) Finance : Implementation of Pricing Strategies

- Partner with the Merchandising and Retail teams to conduct a comprehensive analysis of making charges, labour costs, and related metrics.

- Utilize advanced analytics to identify pricing disparities between regions and products, pinpointing areas for optimization.

- Develop and maintain robust reporting mechanisms to track the impact of pricing initiatives on profitability and sales performance.
