Director PGP (One-Year Program)
Location: Gurgaon / NCR
Reports To: Managing Director
Role Overview:
You will drive academic excellence, student success, and program growth while collaborating closely with industry partners and faculty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee admissions, curriculum, faculty, student affairs, and placements
- Develop and execute strategies for program growth and industry positioning
- Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams
- Foster strong corporate partnerships for placements and collaborations
- Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- 8 - 15 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or entrepreneurial roles
- Proven P&L and team leadership experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
