Business Development - Interior Fitting/Base Build

Locations- Gurgaon/Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad/Pune/Mumbai

Experience- 8 to 15 years

Must Have-

- Experience in sales, marketing, or related field. Real Estate / IPC / Architects / Fitout Industry

- Business development in Interiors & Design & Build industry is preferred.

- Excellent organizational and networking skills is a must.

- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

- Client Management, proposals, Client's data base.

Duties & responsibilities-

- Responsible for end-to-end business development for workplace interior fitout, design and build fit out project & Base- build, green field projects i.e. prospecting via cold call, LinkedIn, setting up meetings, presentation of company's capabilities, demonstrating solutions, negotiation, closing the sale and billing.

- Researching organizations, Competition scan for international property consultant, Property consultants, Interior Design and Build firms

- Connecting with third party corporate advisors such as IPCs and Local commercial leasing agency for Leads and collaboration.

- Developing, maintaining, and improving relationships with key accounts to maintain a high level of service and client loyalty.
