Business Development - Global/Domestic Sales (Technology/SaaS) - 3+ Years - Gurgaon/Bangalore/Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development professional with 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Technology/SaaS, to drive global and domestic business growth. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on building strategic partnerships with leading Fortune 1000 companies.

Responsibilities-
- Developing new business relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Driving lead generation and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding client service and solutions.
- Building a robust pipeline through targeted outreach and strategic engagement.
- Representing the company at industry events and client meetings.
- Identifying pain points and tailor our AI-based solutions to solve critical business challenges.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Developing strategies to reach hard-to-access prospects.
Requirements-
- 3-12 years of B2B sales/business development experience (preferably in Technology/SaaS).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and close complex deals.
- Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Self-driven, resilient, and passionate about innovative tech solutions.
- Experience working with Fortune 1000 clients is a plus.
- MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute is preferred.
