1. Business Development & Client Management

- Lead business development efforts across domestic and international markets

- Build and maintain senior-level client relationships; serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts

- Identify and convert new business opportunities in line with strategic priorities

- Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and align internal capabilities accordingly

2. Strategic Planning & Growth

- Collaborate with the promoter to define business growth strategies and operational targets

- Create and execute annual business plans aligned with revenue, margin, and expansion goals

- Analyze market trends, competition, and industry insights to inform strategic decisions

- Develop partnerships and alliances to expand market presence

3. Cross-functional Leadership & Operations Interface

- Coordinate with production, quality, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure business continuity and client satisfaction

- Bridge communication between the promoters office and operations teams to ensure strategic alignment

- Ensure service levels and delivery commitments are met as per client expectations

- Drive operational discipline to support scaling initiatives

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

- Track P&L, revenue pipelines, client-level profitability, and key performance indicators

- Prepare business updates, dashboards, and insights for promoter review

- Recommend corrective actions in underperforming areas and ensure course correction

Qualifications:

- Graduate in Engineering/Science/Pharma with an MBA preferred

- 1020 years of experience in client-facing leadership roles within B2B/Contract Manufacturing/Industrial/ Pharma sectors

- Proven track record in scaling business units and managing P&L responsibilities

- Experience working directly with promoters/founders is an advantage

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong commercial acumen with deep client relationship management experience

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to represent the company externally

- Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset

- Strong coordination and cross-functional leadership abilities

- Comfortable operating in fast-moving and growth-focused business environments

- High integrity, maturity, and ability to influence traditional work cultures
