Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify, target, and onboard new clients within the B2B and supply chain ecosystem.
- Expand partnerships with corporates, SMEs, and channel partners to drive revenue growth.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
- Align sales strategies with organizational goals and product offerings.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions.
Performance & Target Achievement
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze outcomes, and report progress to senior management.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with marketing teams to design campaigns that generate qualified leads.
- Partner with product teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
- Provide feedback from the market to influence product improvements and innovation.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure all sales activities comply with NBFC regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.
- Conduct due diligence and assess creditworthiness of clients where applicable.
Qualifications & Skills
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Sales Management within NBFC, B2B sales, or Supply Chain Finance.
- Strong understanding of NBFC products, supply chain finance solutions, and trade financing structures.
- Excellent sales acumen with a track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
- Exceptional client relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in market analysis, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
