Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager Software Sales to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS and software solution sales, with a proven ability to build client relationships and close deals across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of SaaS-based solutions through effective client engagement, demos, and presentations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers
- Acquire and manage clients across different industries and levels
- Leverage existing networks to generate new business opportunities
- Conduct competitor analysis and implement targeted sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall sales effectiveness
- Continuously enhance sales skills, industry knowledge, and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing and/or HR
- 35 years of experience in software solution sales (SaaS preferred)
- Prior experience in selling HR solutions is an added advantage
- Proven ability to build and grow new business
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence clients
