Role Objective:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Agency vertical, with a strong focus on acquiring influencer marketing campaign briefs from consumer brands and media agencies. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in business development, media sales, or digital partnerships, along with a solid understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pitch to potential clients (brands and media agencies) for influencer marketing campaigns.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key marketing stakeholders.
- Drive inbound and outbound lead generation to secure campaign briefs.
- Collaborate with internal strategy and execution teams post-brief acquisition to ensure smooth delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and campaign acquisition targets.
Candidate Profile:
Required Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience in business development, media sales, or digital partnerships.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing influencer marketing campaign briefs.
- Strong knowledge of the influencer marketing ecosystem, campaign structures, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proactive, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong network within consumer brands and media agencies.
- Prior experience working with influencer platforms or campaign execution teams.
- Existing relationships with decision-makers in relevant consumer categories.
- Familiarity with measurement and reporting tools for influencer campaigns.
- MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
