Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Indian industries (automotive, electronics, pharma, manufacturing).
- Strategic Planning - Develop & execute sales plans tailored to the Indian market.
- Client Relationships - Build & maintain strong ties with key decision-makers to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Sales Leadership - Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting - proposals - negotiations - closing deals.
- Technical Expertise - Deep understanding of machine vision solutions; customize offerings as per client needs.
- Collaboration - Work with internal teams (marketing, engineering, support) to achieve targets.
- Market Knowledge - Conduct research on trends, competitors & customer needs.
- Reporting - Provide regular updates on performance, feedback & business activities.
- Travel - Willingness to travel extensively across India for client meetings & industry events.
Qualifications:
- 4 - 8 years in business development or sales (Machine Vision / Automation / Tech sectors).
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation & strategic planning.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth & market penetration.
