About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently achieve assigned transportation sales targets.
- Develop market intelligence, track competitors, and identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure timely payments within agreed credit terms.
- Schedule and attend regular meetings with key customers to build long-term relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers and industry groups to promote the companys services.
- Collaborate with management, operations, and IT teams to develop SOPs for strategic accounts.
- Coordinate with management to design action plans for market penetration and expansion.
- Ensure smooth communication, negotiation, and contract finalization with clients.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- (Equivalent combination of education and work experience will also be considered.)
- Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with a focus on results.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
