Business Development Manager | Kitchen Segment | Mumbai
We are on the lookout for a dynamic sales professional who understands the kitchen industry and knows how to scale business from the ground up.
Location: Mumbai
Position: Manager Sales & Business Development
Industry: Premium Building Materials Kitchen Segment
Experience: 8 to 10 years in Sales & BD
Role Type: Individual Contributor (with potential to build a team as business grows)
Territory: Entire Mumbai
OEM Experience: Mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth by acquiring and developing OEMs and kitchen vendor relationships.
- Expand business reach in the kitchen segment across Mumbai.
- Build and nurture strong connects with architects and interior designers.
- Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- 15 to 20 days of travel within the zone each month.
Must-Haves:
- Prior experience in the kitchen industry.
- Hands-on experience working with OEMs.
- Proven track record in sales and market development.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in driving results independently.
