About the Role

Uncio Connect is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives in the European market. This role focuses on building and managing a high-quality sales pipeline, overseeing lead qualification processes, and driving revenue growth through strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling IT servicesparticularly in custom software development, web and mobile app development, AI, and digital transformation.

You will operate remotely, managing activities and client engagements within European business hours to ensure optimal market coverage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies for the European region.

- Identify high-potential target accounts and create tailored engagement plans.

- Oversee the qualification of leads generated through multiple channels to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Manage the transition of qualified opportunities to the internal sales and delivery teams for further development and closure.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine messaging, positioning, and targeting for the European market.

- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to guide strategic decisions.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system to support reporting and forecasting.

- Drive performance against KPIs and contribute to achieving annual revenue targets.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 3+ years of B2B business development or sales management experience in software development services (mandatory).

- Proven success in contributing to sales pipelines valued at up to $1M USD annually.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clear, professional English.

- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers at multiple levels.

- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.

- Strategic thinking with an ownership mindset and the ability to work independently.

- Availability to work during European business hours.
