Role Overview :-
Key Responsibilities :-
Business Development & Sales Strategy
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, digital platforms, and client referrals.
- Create and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client pain points and recommending suitable IT SaaS or IT
service solutions.
- Ensure client retention through exceptional customer service and post-sales support in collaboration with delivery teams.
Sales Execution & Negotiation
- Prepare customized proposals, RFP responses, and commercial quotations.
- Lead contract negotiations to close profitable deals while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Collaboration & Internal Alignment
- Provide feedback to product and service teams for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns, events, and industry conferences.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and business reports to management.
- Suggest strategic initiatives to strengthen the companys positioning in the IT SaaS and services
market.
Key Requirements :-
- 3 - 5 years of proven track record in IT SaaS and IT services sales with measurable achievements.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing, SaaS platforms, IT managed services, and digital transformation solutions.
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and pipeline management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, events, and conferences.
Preferred Skills :-
- Exposure to international markets (US, UK, Middle East, APAC).
- Familiarity with subscription-based SaaS business models.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business benefits.
