Role Overview :-


We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in IT SaaS and IT Services Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building trusted relationships with clients, and driving revenue through consultative sales. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, solution selling, and client relationship management to accelerate our market presence.


Key Responsibilities :-


Business Development & Sales Strategy


- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in IT SaaS and IT services.

- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, digital platforms, and client referrals.

- Create and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management


- Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers, C-level executives, and IT heads.

- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client pain points and recommending suitable IT SaaS or IT

service solutions.

- Ensure client retention through exceptional customer service and post-sales support in collaboration with delivery teams.

Sales Execution & Negotiation


- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops for prospective clients.

- Prepare customized proposals, RFP responses, and commercial quotations.

- Lead contract negotiations to close profitable deals while maintaining client satisfaction.

- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Collaboration & Internal Alignment


- Work closely with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to align client requirements with solution capabilities.

- Provide feedback to product and service teams for continuous improvement and innovation.

- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns, events, and industry conferences.

Market Intelligence & Reporting


- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, competitors, and regulatory changes.

- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and business reports to management.

- Suggest strategic initiatives to strengthen the companys positioning in the IT SaaS and services

market.


Key Requirements :-


- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 3 - 5 years of proven track record in IT SaaS and IT services sales with measurable achievements.

- Strong knowledge of cloud computing, SaaS platforms, IT managed services, and digital transformation solutions.

- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.

- Strong communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written.

- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and pipeline management.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, events, and conferences.


Preferred Skills :-


- Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients.

- Exposure to international markets (US, UK, Middle East, APAC).

- Familiarity with subscription-based SaaS business models.

- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business benefits.
