Role Overview:


We are looking for an enterprising and results-driven Business Development Manager Projects to lead sales and project acquisition initiatives across commercial, residential, and infrastructure segments in Pune. The role requires strong market connects, project pipeline management, and the ability to influence key stakeholders in the construction ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business growth by identifying and acquiring high-potential commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, project promoters, developers, and PMCs.

- Influence project specifications through presentations, site trials, and technical discussions.

- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle lead generation, pipeline tracking, proposals, negotiations, and closures.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and project sales targets.

- Work closely with technical and application teams to ensure project compatibility and client satisfaction.

- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

- Ensure high client satisfaction by addressing issues, coordinating post-sales support, and managing quality concerns.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: BE (Civil) / B.Sc (Chemistry/Science) / MBA (Marketing) preferred.

- Experience: 8 to 14 years in business development/project sales in construction chemicals, building materials, or allied sectors.

- Strong professional network in the Pune construction ecosystem.

- Proven ability to handle large projects, multiple stakeholders, and long sales cycles.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and open to extensive travel within the region.

Product/Domain Exposure (Preferred):

- Admixtures

- Waterproofing Systems

- Sealants & Grouts

- Bonding Agents

- Repair Mortars

- Flooring Solutions

- Protective Coatings
