Role Objective
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to acquire influencer marketing campaign briefs from top consumer brands and media agencies. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in business development, digital media sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably within the influencer marketing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and pitch influencer marketing solutions to consumer brands and media agencies
- Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with marketing and brand stakeholders
- Drive lead generation efforts (inbound and outbound) to acquire campaign briefs
- Collaborate closely with internal strategy and execution teams to ensure client needs are met
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and campaign acquisition targets
- Provide market feedback and insights to help refine sales strategy and service offerings
Must have:
- 4-5 years of experience in business development, media sales, or digital partnerships
- Strong network and working relationships with brands and media agencies
- Deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, campaign types, and deliverables
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial in approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders
