Role Overview.

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth by maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, acquiring new clients, and reactivating old connections.

A proactive mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a willingness to travel are key for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities.

Client Relationship Management.

- Sustain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

- Regularly engage with clients to understand evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.

New Client Acquisition.

- Identify, target, and close new business opportunities in the HR services and staffing space.

- Build a healthy pipeline of potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.

Reactivating Past Clients.

- Reconnect with inactive clients, understand their current needs, and work to re-establish partnerships.

- Comfortable with regular travel within and outside Bangalore to meet clients and attend events.

Internal Coordination & Reporting.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.

- Maintain accurate records and report on business development activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development, ideally in HR, IT , staffing, or consulting services.

- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Proven ability to meet and exceed business targets.

- Self-driven, persuasive, and adaptable with an entrepreneurial approach.
