Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Client Acquisition and Retention:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to ensure customer needs are met.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
