Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Mid-Market Sales Manager to drive business growth for hardware, cyber security, storage, and server solutions in the Mumbai region. The role focuses on developing new accounts, managing existing clients, and achieving sales targets through consultative selling and strong relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for mid-market customers across hardware, cyber security, storage, and server product lines.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to design customized solutions for clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company guidelines.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and regular business reports for management.
Requirements:
- 58 years of proven experience in B2B technology sales, specifically in hardware, cyber security, storage, and server solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, security frameworks, and storage/server architecture.
- Established network with mid-market and enterprise customers in Mumbai and surrounding regions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets under minimal supervision.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent. MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
