About The Role:
- Build a solid book of business create lead lists, proactively meet with prospective clients, and convert them into customers through in-person meetings and networking.
- Be present at all major and focused events as per the ICP, ensuring strong relationships are built through face-to-face interactions.
- Take charge of all client relationships, prioritizing in-person engagements to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the client network through on-ground meetings, corporate visits, and industry networking events.
- Spend the majority of time meeting prospects and clients at their offices, industry events, and networking forums rather than working remotely.
- Negotiate contracts with key clients in face-to-face discussions to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
- Address and resolve clients concerns or grievances promptly through direct meetings and personal interactions.
- Develop a thorough understanding of clients' needs and requirements by conducting on-site meetings and preparing customized solutions based on their business objectives.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of work experience in business development or consultative sales.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities with a drive to convert them.
- Proven track record in establishing and maintaining client relationships.
- Working knowledge of any of the CRM and Pre Sales systems
- Strong technical orientation and familiarity with the latest technologies.
- High standards of excellence and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven and oriented towards achieving targets continuously.
- Self-starter with the ability to effectively work autonomously with little oversight.
- Loves to build rapport and manage multiple clients effectively.
- Open for flexible work timings as per the target geographies.
- Previous experience in similar organizations is preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of less than 30 days are preferred.
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo- io, Lemlist, Instantly, Clay, Sales Navigator is a must.
