Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Data Analytics to join our dynamic team in the Banking domain.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical thinking, business acumen, and hands-on experience in data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.

- Translate business needs into technical specifications and analytical solutions.

- Perform deep-dive data analysis to uncover insights and trends using SQL, Excel, BI tools, etc.

- Support decision-making through dashboards, reports, and visualization tools.

- Work closely with data engineering and BI teams for solution implementation.

- Ensure data integrity, quality, and accuracy in reporting and analytics.

Required Skills:

- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in Data Analytics.

- Proven experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain mandatory.

- Strong SQL skills and hands-on with analytical tools like Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Python/R (preferred).

- Strong understanding of data pipelines, KPIs, and business metrics.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Currently serving notice or available to join by August strictly required.

- Strong documentation, storytelling, and data presentation skills.

- Experience working with cross-functional tech + business teams.
