About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Data Analyst for Pune Office, with 6-10 Years of experience Candidate Should have Good Experience in a SQL, Data Mapping, and Advanced Data Analytics.

In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

You will work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to understand their data needs and provide data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Collection and Management: Gather data from various sources, including internal databases, external APIs, and third-party vendors.

- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency through rigorous data validation and cleansing processes.

- Develop and maintain data dictionaries and documentation to ensure data quality and accessibility.

- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Conduct in-depth data analysis using statistical techniques and data visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

- Interpret complex data sets and translate findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor business performance.

- Business Intelligence and Reporting: Design and develop business intelligence solutions to support strategic decision-making.

- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key insights to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting needs and develop customized solutions.

- Data Modeling and Database Management: Develop and maintain data models to support data analysis and reporting.

- Work with database administrators to optimize database performance and ensure data security.

- Design and implement data integration processes to consolidate data from various sources.

- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify data-driven solutions.

- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Present data insights to senior management and other stakeholders.

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data quality, data management processes, and data analysis techniques.

- Develop and implement solutions to streamline data workflows and improve efficiency.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analysis and business intelligence.

Eligibility Criteria:

- A bachelors degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related discipline is required.

- A masters degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

- Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- A strong understanding of business principles and practices.
