Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' operations, processes, and strategies.
- Design and implement frameworks to address clients' unique challenges.
- Conduct buy-in sessions with senior and middle management.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve business performance, focusing on areas such as operations, supply chain management, and market positioning.
- Lead and manage consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining findings, recommendations, and progress.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
Qualification
- Full-time MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Institute.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in Supply Chain / Planning, Manufacturing / Distribution, Program Management/ Project Management, Product Managers / Marketing / Category Manager.
- No career break of more than 1 year.
- Proficient in English and fluent in the local language.
