
About:
- Develop end-to-end AI-powered analytics models to solve complex business problems using structured and unstructured data, especially in Sales & Marketing domains.
- Build predictive models and automation solutions for lead scoring, churn prediction, upsell/cross- sell, next-best-action, pipeline forecasting, and campaign effectiveness.
- Use Generative AI (Gen AI) techniques to enhance research, data exploration, and prompt-based insight generation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, IT, and Analytics stakeholders to understand business objectives, structure analytical approaches, and build scalable solutions.
- Perform deep data exploration and build advanced statistical, ML, and Gen AI models (e.g., transformers, topic modeling, LLMs).
- Design and manage SQL procedures and data pipelines for Snowflake and other platforms; ensure data accuracy and governance.
- Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Sigma to make complex insights easy to consume.
- Work across multiple projects and mentor junior team members while promoting analytics adoption across teams.
- Implement CI/CD, Git, and software development best practices for model and solution deployment.
Here's What You Need:
- 3-7 years of experience in Business Analytics and AI/ML, with a strong focus on Generative AI applications.
- Proven expertise in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.) and AI/ML model development.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying Gen AI models for research, summarization, and business-specific insights.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and automation across large-scale databases (e.g., Snowflake).
- Experience in data visualization using Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Ability to work with structured and unstructured data, applying prompt engineering and AI-driven methods for insight generation.
- Exceptional communication skills to translate technical insights into business value.
- Prior experience in a SaaS environment, especially supporting Sales and Marketing functions, is a big plus.
- Familiarity with software engineering practices like Git workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
