Job Description

We are hiring a Business Analyst - Payments focusing on global banking and payment solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in cross-border payments, SEPA, ISO20022, SWIFT (MT/MX), RTGS, and business analysis within financial services.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze, document, and optimize payment processes in line with ISO20022, SWIFT (MT/MX), RTGS, and SEPA standards.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for cross-border and real-time payment solutions.

- Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of payment solutions.

- Support global banking clients in payment transformation projects.

- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities in payment processing systems.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in the payments domain, global banking, or financial services.

- Expertise in SWIFT (MT/MX), SEPA, ISO20022, RTGS, and cross-border payments.

- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies in the banking sector.

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive payment transformation projects.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
