Business Analyst
Location: Chennai
Experience: 1 to 2 years
We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our team and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about turning data into insights that drive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
2. Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure requirements are well understood.
3. Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and wireframes.
4. Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting.
5. Perform data analysis and prepare reports to support business decisions.
6. Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
3. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and documentation practices.
4. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic SQL is a plus.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
