Business Analyst - IT

Contract: 12 months ongoing.

Job Overview:.

- We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with extensive experience in Adonis cruise line software to join our team as a Business Analyst/Subject Matter Expert (SME).

- This role requires in-depth knowledge of configuring, integrating, and optimizing Adonis within a cruise line environment.

- The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring the effective implementation and enhancement of Adonis to support operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Configure and optimize Adonis software to align with business needs, covering modules such as HR, payroll, scheduling, and crew management.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Adonis.

- Integrate Adonis with other cruise line systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.

- Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify system improvements and implement best practices.

- Perform system testing and troubleshooting, identifying and resolving any technical issues related to Adonis.

- Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and integrations.

- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they maximize the software's capabilities.

- Stay updated on Adonis software developments and industry best practices to continually enhance system performance.

Required Skills & Experience:.

- Extensive hands-on experience with Adonis software, including configuration, integration, and optimization.

- Proven experience in the cruise line industry, with a deep understanding of its unique operational requirements.

- Strong technical background with expertise in system integration, APIs, and data flows.

- Proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, and system customization.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with technical teams and business stakeholders.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
