Are you a dynamic Business Analyst with a strong background in Financing, Fixed Income, and Regulatory Deliverables? Join our team to help shape strategic programs and drive transformation in the Capital Markets and Financing domain.

What Youll Do:.

- Translate business outcomes into actionable technology solutions for global engineering teams.

- Deliver front-to-back (F2B) Fixed Income programmes in a high-impact BA capacity.

- Own and drive transformation activities including balance sheet migrations and regulatory programmes.

- Engage with global stakeholders across Operations, Finance, and Risk functions.

- Coordinate across geographically dispersed teams and ensure alignment on deliverables.

- Document and drive new product implementations and compliance-related changes.

- Navigate complex organizational structures and influence outside reporting lines.

What You Bring:.

- Expert-level understanding of Fixed Income Products, Bonds Repo, Collateral, Treasury, and Equities.

- Demonstrable success in delivering BA responsibilities in Financing/Capital Markets domain.

- Hands-on experience in digital platforms, trade flow systems, and multi-balance sheet environments.

- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work under pressure, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely deliveries.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical abilities.
