We are urgently looking for an experienced Finance Process Re-engineering Business Analyst (BA) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance transformation, process optimization, and risk control within financial operations.

This role requires a proactive problem-solver with the ability to lead cross-functional workshops and deliver process improvement initiatives across various financial domains.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute finance process reengineering and transformation initiatives.

- Drive finance/reporting transformation projects to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

- Evaluate and implement effective risk and controls frameworks within financial processes.

- Conduct and facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to identify pain points and co-create solutions.

- Perform customer journey mapping and create user stories to support solution design and implementation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, compliance, and operations.

- Continuously assess and improve existing finance processes aligned with industry best practices.

Key Requirements:.

- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in finance process transformation roles.

- Proven experience in process reengineering and finance/reporting transformation.

- Strong understanding of risk and internal control frameworks.

- Hands-on experience in conducting workshops, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation.

- Experience with customer journey mapping and user story creation.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

- Must currently be working in a Business Analyst role.

Nice to Have:.

- Exposure to Agile methodologies.

- Experience in working with global finance teams or shared service centers.

- Familiarity with digital tools used in finance transformation and process mapping.
