ERP analysts assist with developing and maintaining a company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program.

By customizing and configuring the workflow, the analyst can ensure proper integration of the server/client application



Required Skills:

- Act as bridge between Client & Support Team of ERP.



- Basic SQL Knowledge of understanding Queries

- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.



- Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions.



- Ensure all issues are properly logged.



- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.



- Prepare accurate and timely reports.



- excellent problem-solving and communication skills.



- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
