Job Description
The Business Analyst role involves creating and documenting process flows, managing controls inventory, maintaining the program's SharePoint site, and supporting program governance tasks such as minute-taking and presentation development.
The role also requires analyzing complex data for MI reporting, defining requirements, conducting gap analyses, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes and ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Creation of Process Flows and accompanying documentation
- Coordination and maintenance of the Controls Inventory
- Maintenance of the Programme Sharepoint site
- Working with the Project Manager and Programme Director where needed on programme deliveries and governance work, including but not limited to:
- Writing minutes for PSC and Working Groups
- Helping develop content for PSC decks
Skillset Required
- Have the ability and experience of overcoming the challenges of working with large amounts of complex data to develop accurate, usable MI and reporting
- Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office applications: Visio, Excel, Sharepoint
- Ability to develop and define requirements
- Work with team and stakeholders to define gap analysis
Soft skills Required
- Have previous experience in a Global Markets Business Analyst role working to tight deadlines
