Job Title : Customer Relationship Management Business Analyst.


Job Locations : PAN India.


Experience : 5+ Years.


Education Qualification : Any Graduation.


Work Mode : Hybrid.

JD:


Key Responsibilities:


- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze, document, and refine business processes and requirements.


- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units to ensure effective communication and successful solution implementation.


- Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for Dynamics 365 (CE) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).


- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements leveraging Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.


- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and user stories.


- Support solution design and assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training.


- Assist in the configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 applications.


- Identify risks and dependencies within the project scope and work with stakeholders to address them.


- Stay up to date with the latest features and best practices in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related technologies.
