Job Description.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Define project outcomes, scope, costs, benefits, and milestones in alignment with strategic principles and goals of the bank.

- Proactively identify risks and issues, manage escalations, and involve relevant stakeholders to develop mitigation plans.

- Participate in workshops with business stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.

- Leverage domain knowledge and industry expertise to guide, influence, and challenge SMEs, Product Owners, and IT stakeholders.

- Prepare business and functional requirements using Agile techniques, tools, and frameworks.

- Assist the Project Manager in managing the requirement backlog and prioritization.

- Create and maintain RAID logs, milestone status commentary, cost and resourcing plans for projects.

- Define process maps and influence process reengineering to support current state analysis, target state definition, and transformation roadmaps.

- Develop strong stakeholder relationships and promote transparency and trust through open communication.

- Ensure all due diligence is performed to prevent adverse impacts on Tax Operations processes, infrastructure, and service timings.

Business Readiness and Business Analysis:.

- Manage the capture, analysis, and documentation of business processes.

- Design solutions or implement change interventions.

- Oversee change management activities, including timeline planning and stakeholder engagement.

- Collaborate in change interventions such as training and communication.

- Track and document project progress while managing status reporting.

- Manage the implementation of solutions.

Identify, report, and mitigate risks effectively.

Relevant Experience & Skills:.

- Good understanding and experience in Custody Tax (desirable).

- Proven experience in delivering change within an Operations environment.

- Strong experience in communicating with and gathering requirements from key stakeholders.

- Experience in testing and coordinating UAT with users, monitoring test completion, and timely defect/issue escalation.

- Hands-on experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong risk identification, reporting, and mitigation skills.
