Business Analyst - Crew Management

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements related to Crew Management and associated airline operations.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and objectives within Crew Management and optionally Fleet Management.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical solutions.

- Lead requirements workshops and facilitate communication between business users and development teams.

- Support ERP implementation projects by providing subject matter expertise, process mapping, and solution validation.

- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.

- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

- Maintain clear and concise documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and workflow diagrams.

- Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Mandatory Skills and Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of overall Business Analyst experience.

- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Crew Management within the airline industry.

- Proven track record of implementing at least one ERP solution, preferably in an airline or related transportation environment.

- Strong understanding of airline crew management processes, including rostering, scheduling, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

- Experience with Fleet Management is a strong advantage.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex business processes.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Prior experience working with large MNC clients or in a consulting capacity.
