Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications related to corporate cards.

- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.

- Conduct detailed analysis to identify customer needs, pain points, and gaps in the current system.

- Drive the implementation of corporate card solutions and monitor their success post-launch.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of corporate card systems into existing business processes.

- Develop and present regular reports on business performance, KPIs, and other relevant metrics.

- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies in all corporate card initiatives.

- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources efficiently.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 7-15 years as a Business Analyst with a focus on corporate cards.

- Domain Expertise: Strong background in corporate cards, ideally within the BFSI / Banking industry.

Skills & Competencies:
