- Proven Analytical Expertise: Demonstrated success and extensive experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst within Agile environments, driving data-driven decision-making and project delivery.

- Data Architecture & Integration: Strong understanding of data models, data integration techniques, and database design principles to support robust analytical and reporting capabilities.

- ServiceNow Workflow Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow workflow solutions, with a solid understanding of its features and capabilities for process automation and service management.

- Domain Knowledge Markets & Securities Services: In-depth knowledge of Middle and Back Office functions across Markets and Securities Services, including Fund Services and Cash Securities.

- Comprehensive understanding of asset classes, financial products, and industry-standard systems and processes.

- Change Management & Delivery: Proven track record in leading and contributing to the successful delivery of large-scale, complex operational change initiatives from initiation through to deployment.

- Agile Methodologies: Deep familiarity with Agile practices including Scrum and Kanban.

- Skilled in implementing Agile best practices for enhanced project efficiency and team collaboration.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with senior stakeholders and sponsors.

- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at facilitating collaborative discussions and achieving consensus in cross-functional teams.

- Analytical Thinking: Possesses an analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities.

- Demonstrated capability to align data-driven capabilities with strategic business objectives.

- Tools & Technologies: Proficient in using requirements and Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and related technologies to support documentation, tracking, and reporting.

- Operational Risk Awareness: Good understanding of operational risk frameworks, with an emphasis on non-financial risk identification and mitigation.
