
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering through discovery workshops, interviews, and whiteboarding.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and designers to validate solutions.
- Define business rules, workflows, and system integration needs for new features.
- Configure and test loyalty program rules, rewards, redemptions, and campaigns.
- Ensure loyalty platforms work seamlessly with CRM, POS, mobile apps, and reporting systems.
- Debug issues, identify root causes, and drive effective resolutions.
- Prepare user guides, manuals, playbooks, and process flows for business and client teams.
- Create structured user stories with acceptance criteria for agile teams.
- Act as the liaison between client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical details into business-friendly language.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, and the ability to use SQL for data validation.
- Comfortable working with Jira, Confluence, and other agile collaboration tools.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with developers, testers, product owners, and client teams
