Business Analyst

- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend data-driven improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and business outcomes.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize requirements.

- Evaluate existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements or automation.

- Collect, interpret, and present data insights to support decision-making.

- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for product/engineering teams.

- Act as a liaison between business, technology, and operations teams.

- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business needs.

- Create and maintain process flows, user guides, and business documentation.

- Proactively suggest enhancements to tools, workflows, and systems.
